Project overview
Labour Care helps NDIS providers get registered and stay compliant. Their buyers are other businesses, which makes the audience narrow and the timing specific — a provider only needs them when a registration or renewal is due.
We built the demand system around that timing: paid social to fill the top of the funnel, a cold email campaign targeted at providers approaching renewal, an organic content programme, and a custom app alongside the website. The paid campaigns delivered 380 leads at $11.60 each.

“The leads come in steadily and they're the right kind — providers who actually need registration work. The cold outreach opened doors we wouldn't have found.”
