The receipts
Six clients. Their numbers, from their own accounts.
Melbourne GreenWorks booked $92,140 of new work in eight weeks, read from their own ad accounts and CRM. Labour Care ran at $11.60 a lead with roughly $36,000 of pipeline from cold email, from theirs. Six of our fourteen case studies carry figures like these, and every one names the client it came from. Where we don't have a revenue figure yet, we publish what we do have.

What is the 90-Day Sprint Program?
The 90-Day Sprint Program is MEGA Marketing's twelve-week engagement for Australian service businesses. Targets are agreed with you in week 1 before any work starts, campaigns are built to go live by week 4, and each sprint is scored on a dated day-90 scorecard against those targets, which then sets the next sprint. One team runs all five stages of the system, Attract, Capture, Respond, Nurture and Optimise, with no handoffs. It is built for owners who already have something running and want to know what it is producing.
Where the money leaks
Why an open-ended retainer never gives you a verdict
You've spent five figures with an agency that brought in four. The strategy sounded right on the sales call, then the work got passed down the line and you were the one trying to work out why the leads weren't coming in. The report takes credit for work that was already coming in. And nothing is ever scored, so there is never a month where anyone has to say whether it worked.
Six of the fifteen Australian agency landing pages we read in September 2026 answer that with an easier exit: no lock-in, month-to-month, rolling terms. So you can leave whenever you like, and still never find out what happened.
We put a date on it instead. Targets in week 1, a scorecard at day 90, and whatever the scorecard shows goes into the next sprint, including the campaign that didn't work.

Case study
Melbourne GreenWorks: $92,140 booked in eight weeks
Melbourne GreenWorks Property Services is a landscaping and property maintenance business serving Melbourne's east and south-east. They had steady work and no reliable way to fill the calendar: enquiries arrived in bursts, quotes went out late, and nobody could say which jobs came from where.
We built and now run all five stages. In the first eight weeks enquiries more than doubled, to 374, and quoted pipeline grew more than fourfold.
From Melbourne GreenWorks's own ad accounts and CRM.

Common questions
What happens at day 90?
We score the sprint against the targets agreed in week 1, and that scorecard sets the next sprint. A missed target still tells us something: a campaign that fails shows what to change, and the change goes into the next ninety days. So the date is there to judge the work and pivot on evidence, every ninety days.
Is it worth it to hire a marketing agency for twelve weeks?
It's worth it when the twelve weeks come with targets agreed in week 1 and a scorecard at day 90, because that is the shortest window in which anyone can honestly tell you whether it worked. A month-to-month retainer lets you leave, and still never tells you what happened. If you want to compare us first, take the Blueprint and compare it. It's twenty minutes, it costs nothing, and you keep the plan whether or not you hire us.
How much does it cost to hire a digital marketing agency?
We don't publish a sprint price, and twelve of the fifteen Australian agency pages we read in September 2026 don't publish one either. What we publish is the shape of the engagement: twelve weeks with a fixed start and a review date, targets agreed with you in week 1, and a day-90 scorecard against those targets. Sprints are billed monthly, plus your ad spend, which goes straight to the platforms. The number for your business comes out of the Blueprint call, which is twenty minutes and costs nothing.
I haven't got anything built yet. Is this for me?
Probably not, and it's cheaper for both of us to say so now. The sprint improves a system that already exists. If there is nothing running yet, start with a Simple Site and come back when it's bringing in enquiries. See Simple Sites
What exactly does a digital marketing agency do?
It runs the parts of your marketing you don't run yourself. We run five: the advertising that brings people in, the pages and forms that capture them, the response that reaches them quickly, the follow-up for the ones who don't buy straight away, and the reporting that says which of it produced revenue.
Which agency is best for digital marketing?
There's no single answer, and an agency that gives you one is selling. The useful test is what an agency will put in writing: the targets, the date they're measured on, and what happens next if they're missed.
