About MEGA Marketing

Built from running businesses, not just marketing them.

I built MEGA after getting tired of paying agencies that were better at selling marketing than doing it.

I wasn't trying to build an agency. I was trying to grow a service business.

So I spent thousands on experts. The strategy sounded great in the sales call, then the work got passed down the line, details got lost, and somehow I was still the one trying to figure out why the leads weren't coming in.

Eventually, I stopped outsourcing the problem and started learning it myself.

Ads. Websites. SEO. Automation. Sales.

Not because I wanted to become a marketer, but because I needed all of it to actually grow my business.

There was plenty of trial, error and expensive tuition along the way.

But eventually, it clicked.

And the biggest lesson wasn't some secret hack. It was that growth rarely comes from one channel. It comes from connecting the whole system โ€” the offer, the traffic, the tech, the sales process and the data behind it.

I started helping other service businesses do the same.

MEGA grew from there.

The realisation

Marketing works better as a system.

A great ad is wasted if the landing page doesn't convert. A good lead is wasted if nobody responds quickly. More enquiries mean little if nobody knows which ones became revenue.

That became the thinking behind MEGA.

Brick by brick

The principles we build MEGA around.

  • 01

Do the work that moves the needle.

More activity doesn't mean more growth. Find the bottleneck and fix it.

  • 02

    Ship, learn, improve.

Real customers teach us more than another month of planning.

  • 03

    Measure reality.

Clicks are useful. Leads, pipeline and revenue matter more.

  • 04

    Keep it simple.

The best systems are the ones people actually use.

  • 05

    Own the outcome.

No finger-pointing between ads, websites, CRM and sales. We look at the whole system.

  • 06

    Build for leverage.

Technology should remove busywork, speed things up and make the business less dependent on people remembering what to do.

  • 07

Leave things better than we found them.

The campaigns may change. The systems, data and lessons should keep creating value.

Let's look at your lead flow.
