Project overview
Darusalam Society runs community programmes and facilities, and needed the administrative side to stop running on email threads and phone calls. Memberships, referrals, donations, event bookings, room hire and equipment hire were all being handled by hand.
We put seven automated forms on the website, each wired into PopDone so every submission creates a contact and triggers the right workflow. Alongside that we built an outreach campaign to support coordinators and NDIS providers from a 2,387-contact list, and run their social programme.
